Marketplace & library
The marketplace is where Cloud organizations publish workflows for other organizations to acquire. What you acquire lands in your library.
Two kinds of listing
Section titled “Two kinds of listing”- Agent — a workflow meant to be run as-is.
- Template — a workflow meant to be copied onto your own canvas and edited.
A listing is a snapshot: the title, summary, description, cover image, media and a copy of the workflow’s nodes and edges at publish time. Editing the original workflow afterwards does not change what buyers see, and never changes what they already acquired. Publishing again is what pushes an update.
Credentials are not part of the snapshot. A published workflow carries credential references, never secrets, so buyers connect their own accounts — see the credential security model.
Publishing
Section titled “Publishing”Listings move draft → published → archived, and the transitions are one-way:
- A published listing cannot go back to draft — archive it instead.
- An archived listing is frozen: it cannot be edited or re-archived.
Whether your organization can sell at all is a plan limit — see Plans & credits. Publishers are not a separate account type; any organization with a published listing appears as one.
Buying
Section titled “Buying”A purchase is a checkout session like any other payment, and it writes an invoice. When it completes, the item is added to your library automatically — there is no separate claim step. Adding the same listing twice is a no-op rather than a second charge.
Your library
Section titled “Your library”The library lists everything your organization has acquired. From it you can:
- Pin the items you use often so they sort first.
- Run an agent directly.
- Use a template as the starting point for a new workflow — only template-type items offer this.
- Remove an item; the listing stays in the marketplace, it just leaves your library.
